    Basically this concerns Abramelin oil.

I mean Sometimes this burns, I mean seriously, ouch!

I wonder why the same vial burns more some times that others, and why the forehead burns, but other areas on the face do not, even in my eye it just itches a bit.

So whats up with this atomic fire-ball head balm anyway?

All sorts of reasons totally ordinary. One really marked difference is skin moisture.

"Cinnamon oil should not be consumed internally. Further, it can have adverse effects on the skin, if used topically in concentrated form and therefore it should be used in diluted form. Do not apply cinnamon oil on the face and sensitive areas."

Well its good that it burns, because that keeps bringing the focus back to the middle of the forehead, thus aiding meditation.

Also, concentrating in spite of pain, and keeping ones asana rather that squirming or twitching under the pain, it a good way to improve control over the body.

If a red mark on your forehead is all it taken to keep you from the great work, then you will never achieve anything. You should be willing to mutilate yourself, or even plunge the dagger into your chest as punishment for failure at any task, on the word of thy angel, thy very life must be committed and set on the balance.

Oh come on Zeph, self mutilation is a great way to achieving your goals. I'm a wimp though so I'd just use a little rubberband snap on my wrist!

My angel never asked me to plunge anything anywhere...oh well..maybe...but not a dagger.
