Which form?
I agree with the classic recommendations for traditional forms, and The (Greater) Key of Solomon is superb in this regard. One can also learn it by working one's way through Liber O in conjunction with 777.
But the great modern classic - if it's consistent with the particular route you want to follow - is the Denning & Phillips book, Planetary Magic.
