    I will be posting a lot of questions regarding various cards of the Thoth Tarot so i hope this isn't a problem. I look forward to hearing from Thoth Tarot experts regarding the Tarot.

      Of course it's fine. Ask away!

      As a side note, I'd encourage you to learn to understand the Tarot in and of itself, without reference to any particular deck. For example, if you don't understand (say) the 5 of Swords all by itself, you'll not likely get the main points when you look at a particular deck's rendition of it. You should never let a particular artristic rendering (a particular deck) distract you from the core meaning of the card in the abstract.

        And this is discovered by? I never really did figure out where the esoteric names of the tarot came from, how would you tell?
