Can anyone tell me how Crowley arrived at the Enochian correspondances that he used to interpret the titles of the Æthyrs in Liber CDXVIII? ...& also, can someone provide me with a list of the same?

I think the best resource would be the original 'Vision and Voice' with footnotes and correspondences from Israel Regarde.
Basically what is occurring is that they are breaking down the letters of each Aethyr... For instance:
TEX= Cauda Draconis, Virgo and Earth. According to the footnotes of Regardie, the Enochian Alphabet is attributed only to the Zodiac and the elements, not the Planets. (Rather, this is originally from Crowley, not Regardie.)
This can further be studied in 777 and the Sepher Sephiroth.
On an other note, did you, or anyone else out there pick up Lon Duquette's book 'Enochian Vision Magick?'
I find it, in additional to the traditional way of going through the Aethyrs a great compliment for using the revised Holy Table and for skrying:-)

Yes, but how did those attributions come about? I seem to remember it pertaining somehow to geomancy, but I can't recall exactly...

It is important that the student realize how often Crowley used Liber D vel Sephiroth, originally published in the Equinox VIII.
It can be found out by tabulating the three Zodiacal attributions to each of the names of the 30 Aethyrs.

This is not the Schema used by Crowley. Israel Regardie tabulated the three Zodiacal attributions to each of the names of the 30 Aethyrs. In this way, you can discover the system itself.
