I recently flicked through a book by Robert Bruce, who seems to be a seasoned astral travel teacher (anyone have an opinion on him?)

What struck me was a description of "ugly grinning monkeys" that sometimes await travellers and try to scare them back. I -who have little experience at all projecting- had an experience involving exactly those sorts of things a couple years ago. Basically, I woke up from a dream and those sorts of creatures were lying in wait in my room. The "reality" of it blew my mind, but it was also quite scary. 😊

I'm curious if people see these sorts of things and how to rid oneself of the fear that it's going to happen again should one try.

Thanks for the link. I am aware of banishing rituals but back then I was not.

I was more curious if this sort of entity is a common thing. What struck me was the description this author had. I found that very uncanny because I figured I just had some trippy "dream" unique to myself. It was interesting to see the same thing described elsewhere.
