          To each his (or her!) own. It would seem that every master is primarily concerned with avoiding the inevitable hordes of clones and copycats--for in the end, each of us has to work it out for ourselves. Hence my absolutely favorite koan: "If you meet the Buddha on the road, kill him!" (That one never fails to make me smile.)
