Interesting gematria for a motto
-
I was trying to come up with a motto a short while ago, and ended up with an interesting phrase that, while it fails to adequately describe me or my Will, is nonetheless worth noting, I think:
Desire. Love. Victory.
First of all, I think it describes the process of two things uniting in love to form something new, seen as "Victory," the ecstasy resulting from union, the released energy. Secondly, I can see desire as corresponding to Hadit, Love to Nuit, and Victory to Heru-Ra-Ha/Ra-Hoor-Khuit.
Thirdly, the phrase can be abbreviated DLV, which, if taken as Roman numerals, adds up to 555 (obviously relating to Geburah). My guess is this can be seen as the idea of 5, Geburah, extended in 3 dimensions, as I've heard this applied to 666 as a triple extension of 6. This further reinforces the victory part of the phrase. Also, IIRC, by gematria 555 is also equivalent to the Hebrew word for Desire, which I can't remember at the moment, with the whole thus being related to the first part, forming some kind of cycle, an unfolding.
Finally, translating it into Latin (which was the original plan), I get Cupiditas. Amor. Victoria., a phrase that adds up to 223 using the LQS. I forget exactly what this corresponds to, but I looked it up in Sepher Sephiroth and all the Hebrew correspondences rang true and made sense with the phrase.
The phrase ended up not explaining me to myself adequately, but thought it was strong enough to post on here and get thoughts on.
So... thoughts, anyone?
Also note that I am a total newbie at gematria and such, so this is my best attempt and one of my first at such an endeavor. -

"5 is Geburah on the Tree of Life, but 5 is also the Hierophant of tarot. Does that make any other connections for you?
I've often wondered about their connection. Maybe that's why the V has two horns."
I don't think that's the connection involved - For gematria purposes, Tarot cards are best assessed by the value of the Hebrew letter, not the number on the card.
So, one would say: 5 is Geburah on the Tree of Life, and 5 is also the letter Heh corresponding to The Star.
Or: 6 is Tiphereth on the Tree of Life, and 6 is also the letter Vav, corresponding to The Hierophant.
