Magickal Weapons?

I suppose this should b an obvious inclination 2 me; however, am curious as to whether a Magickal weapon (i.e., Wand, specifically) can and or should b learned 2 use in any other operation besides? (i.e., Goetic vs. High Magick?). I understand that it isn't necissarily the wand itself that does the "Magick" 'however', don't get how 2 purge the difference of the weilding of symbols represented for use otherwise specified. Would greatly appreciate some advice here. I know this has 2 do w/my own conscious use of my manifested will 'however, if I link that 2 a powerful and "Willed" force/symbol is it only created for that porpose or no?" How would I purge something of this nature from conscience symbology?
