I share some things in common with you then; I'm new and also in the Metro-Detroit area. Though I am nearly as new to Thelema as I am to this forum, so you have that over me. Is your practice purely independant, or is there a commune of sorts in the area? I'm hugely interested in learning, I was just under the impression that I'd have to wait until I'm out West before I can get a good taste of the order.
