8 of Cups

I've been trying to learn some astrology by relating it to tarot. I've discovered that the correspondence to the position of my natal moon is the 8 of Cups. And it just... stinks. It reads like a list of everything I've ever done wrong and everything about which anyone has ever criticized me.

Makes me feel like giving up... (8 of Cups joke)

Also, I'm beginning to notice frown lines on my face.

Any advice for how to better deal with this?

I think that's a really bad idea. (Really bad!) The use of astrological symbols in Qabalah, Alchemy, Tarot, etc., is not reliably consistent with you things work in actual astrology. I always advise keeping very separate (a) your knowledge of astrology and (b) your knowledge of how astrological symbols are used by other, non-astrologica fields.

First good news: You're probably using an invalid zodiac

Second good news: I take this to mean that your Moon is in early Pisces (probably in the Tropical zodiac). No informed and self-respecting astrologer would interpret a Moon in Pisces like standard interpretations of the 8 of Cups unless the Moon were also, say, in close major aspect with Saturn.

So... you wanted advice... Hang up this plan of how to learn astrology and, besides, give yourself a break!
