What is your interpretation of YHVH?

I have been researching Kabbalah for several years now, mesopotamian ancient history, gnosticism, and I also enjoy chaos magick. My question is what is your interpretation of YHVH?

From a kabbalistic view I see YHVH as something akin to the Dao, an all encompassing source of infinity that gives rise to the finite.
There is an obvious connections to older traditions in the bible. In Sumerian mythology Enlil causes the flood and Enki alerts Ziusudra (Noah) just to give one example.
The Gnostic view of YHVH as the Demiurge (I take a Valentinus view personally and don't see the demiurge as evil) but not the highest God or true source.
Chaos view of an egregore who has reached the level of godform long ago
Another perspective I haven't thought of.

I view YHVH as the structural pattern of existence, at least as far as one can comprehend consciously.

My understanding is this:
YHVH is a formula for the nature of power, energy, as it exists in our reality.
It is raw force, without conscience or goal, other than to be used, discharged.
My understanding is based on revelatory experience, not(entirely) intellectual investigation, so take it for what it's worth.

Y - Electricity - Father(Hadit) - Fire - Atziluth - Chaos - Nigredo
H - Magnetism - Mother(Nuit) - Water - Briah - Order - Rubedo
V - Electromagnetic Spectrum - Son(Ra-Hoor-Khuit) - Air - Yetzirah - Perception - Citrinitas
H - Resonance - Daughter(Ma'at) - Earth - Assiah - Truth - Rubedo

And it goes on.

This information, while not a vigorous proof, has served my magick well.

What is consciousness but electricity? What is our brain but a highly specialized conductor? What is the Universe but consciousness? What is the Universe but electricity?(see--electric universe theory, Tesla, etc.)

Its interesting that you place Atziluth with chaos. i was rereading the sefer yetzirah yesterday and was focusing on the 3 mother letters (mem, alef, shin) being part of the universe of chaos (tohu) and the 3 father letters (yud, vav, heh) coming from the mothers to make the universe of rectification. So in your understanding is Atziluth the realm of proto-sefirot?

Sounds like both of you could have chosen #1 as well. Without a personal mind/will do you see YHVH as any different from the Dao, or the demiurge force of creation?

Perhaps YHVH and the Tao are the same, but I am not one to know. I've never shared eye contact with a master Taoist, so I wouldn't be able to tell you if it behaves the same way within consciousness as a force of creation that YHVH does in Qabalistic mysticism. As a western mind, YHVH is the tool that is most ripe for use.

I place Atziluth as the realm of Chaos because it is(in the words of our beloved Jim) the realm of "unconditioned divinity". On account of the ineffable nature of that place, I find difficulty in elaborating further.
Point being that, if we are to accept that all aspects of reality have a fundamental "divine" nature to them, Chaos is by no means an inert disorder but a force simply beyond logical(ordered) apprehension(therefor unable to be conditioned by an observer), acting on systems to change and strive for higher complexity. At this level, there isn't even a question of sefirot. It's the Will that exists before any structure(sefirot) appears to contain it.

But, again, these are my own fatally abstracted musings, not law.

From my understanding the Dao is the source, where YHVH would be the pattern by which it manifests. The greatest distinction is that I perceive the Dao as something above the Abyss, where YHVH exists below.

I find it more useful to perceive the Universe as hyperbolic in nature, spherical or an 'elliptical spheroid' in form.

EDIT : "Do not confuse the space-marks" ; in a hyperbolic graph, all 'points' are viewed as projections of the center and are mirrored 'above and below' within the polarized cones.
