Last night before going to sleep I was laying in the corpse position and meditating using the fourfold breath. I had wild dreams about the old west while sleeping but before I went to sleep I achieved a totally quiet mind. This morning I am totally relaxed and feel wonderful.

        "Good work!"

Am I mistaken? There's a minor joke in that.

(not to disqualify that it is indeed good work - but it is minor).

Please delete this post if I am out of line.

That is what makes it good work, as opposed to Great Work 😀

I had been told that it is a bad idea to fall asleep during meditation. Or to use meditation to fall asleep. That you need to keep meditation and sleeping two different things.
