    Greetings,
I have a very elementary question. In both 777 & 7761/2 there are attributions 31 bis & 32 bis after the regular 31 & 32 column attributions, Can u tell me what these mean? or why they exist? thanks

as far as I know, 31 bis corresponds to the additional elemental attribution to Shin (besides it's being attributed to Fire, or Fire being attributed to this Path) - Spirit ,
and 32 bis to additional elemental attribution to Tau (besides it's planetary attribution to Saturn) - Earth.

thus, Elements are listed in the columns like this:

    11 - Air
    23 - Water
    31 - Fire
    32 bis - Earth
    31 bis - Spirit

(32 is Saturn and Earth, 31 is Fire and Spirit)

P.S. regarding the word 'bis' itself, I've found this on the net:

"The word (also used as a prefix or suffix) bis , applied to some modem protocol standards, is Old Latin for "repeat" (akin to Old High German "twice"). When a protocol ends with "bis," it means that it's the second version of that protocol."

interesting etymology. I'd always been told it meant "bisected." (The Paths in question are "bisected" in that they have two different sets of attributions, Tav for Earth as well as Saturn, and Shin for Spirit in addition to Fire.)
