The first four levels:
- Bring Yang Qi in the Dantien
- Build up the charge
- Make it move at will
- Unite it with the Yin
At level four the practicionner is said to be immortal and have great siddhis already. Still there are 68 levels more to accomplish and the power doubles at each level, or something close to this. Guys at level 50 can litterally fly in the air, throw wall destroying qi balls, perform hight skill stuff at multiple places at the same time physically, and so on, at will.

For those who would like to find a detailed description of all the degrees, there is no such thing in the book. Only 5 or 6 are described to some extent. But i'd be curious from what is said how you think the system could be actually build up. I confess it seems mysterious to me that there are that many degrees while at level four one is already an adept
