Khabs and CHAOS

I've noticed something and was wondering if anyone else here noticed it and could shed some light on it...
"Khabs" apparently means "star" and it sounds an awful lot like the Hebrew word for star "כוחב" (kokhav) with an "s" added.
Also, "CHAOS" sounds an awful lot like the Hebrew word "חיה" (khayah) with an "s" added at the end (!) In Hebrew, חיה means a type of "beast" (!) and is also if I'm not mistaken attributed to חכמה (Chochmah/Wisdom) on the TOL... Isn't Chaos also attributed to Chochmah?
The sound similarities seem uncanny to me and it seems very unlikely that it's coincidence.
Any thoughts?
