Oh, I see. He was talking about the Fourth Power of the Sphinx. (The post actually makes some sense now.)

I didn't have a clue what he was on about. 🍸 Better go get that RockStar before I go much further.

Now that I know what you're asking...

"Does a forum like this break the 4th cardinal rule of successful practical magic?"

The Fourth Power of the Sphinx, viz., Silence? No, it doesn't.

That is, there may be some situations where some individuals violate that maxim in a way that impacts what they're doing at the moment. (That's for them to get clear on.) But the forum per se, and the majority of the posts here, don't violate it.

In fact, for some of the key magick I've been doing for years, this forum is one of the main magical links of the operation.

Magical Silence does not mean live under a rock.

"I would suggest that it does seeing that four is actually four, and not two or three, no matter how hard one would like to imagine that it is."

I'm back to WTF ❓ - I'd ask what you mean by that (evidently personal) bit of mathematics, but the sentence in which they are embedded suggests that you wouldn't answer.

                    You assume much.

The word of sin is restriction.

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.

Love is the law, love under will.

What I am suggesting is that universal laws cannot be broken, no matter how much one would wish in the opposite direction. The Temple has Four Pilliars, the Tetragrammaton is the Universe etc. etc. If one is working outside of such principles then what they term 'success' may in fact fall way short. In terms of practical magic EVERYTHING could be available, if the operator actually adhered to the 'rules'. But I have already said enough..."

I could tell you all, but I'd have to kill you first.
