Hello again,

Thank you for the kind words and the support. I'm a little new to the whole publishing thing. One mistake I made was when I set my account up... I thought the transaction limit was daily. Well, it was a monthly limit, which I exceeded within 24 hours. This caused a my account to go offline temporarily while I was at work today. So, I apologize if this has inconvenienced anyone. I have corrected this issue and the account is back online. Also, thank you to anyone who has purchased the book.
