I'm no expert but the language used in Liber XXV is Greek, therefore you probably would want to use the Greek numeration.

DBRIM (Devarim) - Words; Hebrew title of Deuteronomy
MOVN (Maon) - Residence; the 5th Heaven, corres. to Geburah
OLIVN (Elion) - The Most High; a name of God; a title of Kether
ShVOThM (Sav'atham) - Their cry
ThShMOV (This'ma'ao) - You shall hearken -

He's using the correct one.
You did, for example, take into consideration that the "O" is an Omega, not an Omicron? And so forth. There are several possible letter confusions if you just typed "O Phalle" into the calculator.
