Translate or not to Translate?

Is better translate or memorize in english language the various rituals(LBRP, Liber Resh, etc...)?

I Like Dar's answer.

Do them in your native language (or another language that you're comfortable with); except, of course, where the ritual have non-English words (ancient language words) to begin with.
