"Aw, I was actually meaning to acknowledge that Staten Island Pizzsa is a dish of its own, unique and not to be compared to any other."
"Staten Island Pizza" is a kind of sub-cuisine, you have so many different styles available!

"While I'd say that John's just might be the best pizza anywhere in the world, I can only say that if I consider that "Staten Island pizza" is a different food than "pizza" ð¿ "
I just had a sudden craving as I have not had pizza from the place in a while.
It is certainly delicious, you might not be too off on crowning it the best.

"Same water. Same perfect dough. But the sauce has a still different dimension (I hope you won't take offiense if I say the sauce has Guido in its blood), and the whole milk fresh mozzarella is the only pizza cheese on the planet that makes "extra cheese" a possible mistake. It's like a thick layer of buttuh on top."
None taken - I would say you are talking about the thinner, Neopolitano style.
An Albanian pizzeria usually has a sweeter sauce,
Sicilian thicker and not as flavorful,
etc
Each nationality giving its own little twist!
The world united as one... PIZZA! ð
Unfortunately, not Johns today.
Getting some for free dough!
