I came to the forum after long-time-no-see with a question in mind to post and randomly checked here in Qabalah section to see what's new - to find this old thread that addresses, however in its own different way, exactly the subject of my question !

Does anyone know (ideally, historical info, with year/century and everything pertinent) when the Shemhamphorash started being attributed to the Zodiac, in sequence as we now have it?

It's not so much that the "systems" "fall away" as it is that we are divested of our conditioned proportion to them. The error of their seeming duality is acquitted by oneness. Its redeeming balance can come when it is applied solely to the Great Work; i.e. it is used as a means to dissolve the self-perpetuating, self-insisting complexities of belief. This is where i'm comfortable, as it's often forgotten that the scriptures can only indicate the supramental reality, and never directly describe its true nature.. the knower transcends the scripture.

I have found that when the mind is also in asana, so to speak, there is no longer and need to try to remain steady. The movement of the body and movement of the mind are connected.

Indeed. Asana is useful mostly for its ability to get us beyond our normal tactile sensations which reinforce our sense of being in the body.

I've been trying to find a working version of this app. I paid for the registered version and the developer, Brian, got a hold of me and told me he can no longer access the application that generates the Registration Key. He refunded my money and I've been talking to him, trying to figure out a way to get a hold of one. If anyone has one and wouldn't mind sending it to either me or Brian— brian@lilytears —that would be awesome. We'd also need the System name of your Palm, as the RegKeys are tied to the system name.

I don't have a palm but I've been using an android emulator called PHEM, it's $0.99 on the google. It runs fine but I would love to have the full version. Not sure how many people have Palms anymore but figured someone might have one lying around.

I have had some success with tatwa cards. You may wish to try to do some work with those. They are, for me, easier to pick up on than tarot.

Just be wary of being in service to the self, that it's somehow your ego's duty to meet the challenges of what you interpret as instructions from your deepest core.. It's moreso an alchemical experiment, a voluntary act of will.

On the cover of eight lectures it appears he is using the thunderbolt.
On page 639 of the big blue book there is someone performing pranayama in the thunderbolt position.Is that Crowley?
