Speaking in the abstract, The Fool is undifferentiated spirit and, as Air, is the Vav of Tetragrammaton - cognate to Tiphereth in some specialized respect. The Chariot is the complete surrender of any personal sense of separate will to the direction of Neshemah.

But that may be out of context. Again, I'm tryin to suggest the the context of the exact language used is important. Can you please quote (verbatim) the passage(s) in question and site the source? TIA.

The consummation of AC's and Rose's marriage can be argued to have kicked off the "current" (defined way loosely here) that culminated in the "birth" of the new aeon, the following spring. Not sure if I buy this idea, but it does help add significance to the feast.

One neat calendrical remark. Richard Kaczynski once noted (in his livejournal) that there are exactly 220 days between this day, August 12, and the following March 20 - the feast of the Supreme Ritual. I think this only works for non-leap years, though (i.e., it doesn't work for a key year: 1904). He posted a calendar in which there is one verse of Liber Legis for each day in this sequence. It's interesting that "There is death for the dogs" occurs on December 1st! 😱 Also, the II,76 cipher occurs on January 1st, though I'd recommend against a yearly new year's resolution to solve it! 😄

I was just thinking about another person embodying our own HGA, and it kinda seems a little unlikely that another human being can even come close to embodying our own HGA. Perhaps, on some level in which there is two-way communication between an individual and their HGA, there is a an agreement established between the two. The purpose of this agreement is to express the conditions, premises, events, experiences etc necessary for one to grow, to achieve equilibration within oneself (if that is one's will ofcourse). So we meet the people (person) we need to meet in order to go through those experiences that are geared toward facilitating our growth if we remain open to the guidance our HGA offer's us. Our lover becomes a reflection of the conscious and unconscious parts of ourselves that we are seeking to realize within us, while remaining a seperate entity of their own individuality. Just a thought. I could be very wrong.

Please can you explain how the letters of ADNY relate to the elements. I can see the connection of Aleph - Air, but do not understand how the other elements correspond to Daleth, Nun & Yod respectively."

Zodiacal letters get their elemental attribution from the zodiacal sign. Planetary letters get the elemental attribution from their Sephirah. So,

ALEPH is Air.
DALETH is Fire (Venus via Netzach)
NUN is Scorpio, a Water sign
YOD is Virgo, an Earth sign

I recognized a problem with my thinking in the above post. I assumed that an invisible college would operate through the state, rather than setting up the conditions for the sorts of things I mentioned to take place. That, however, doesn't change my skepticism about both its existence and intentions. It also doesn't change my attitude about continuing on as if they don't exist.

yeah i can see that, the king is SOLOMON, who built the temple, which is the pyramid. so i can see that. but to me it really doesnt look like a pyrimad. of course after crossing the abyss you are (more or less of you or none) in the city of pyrimids. does this have more to do with the mystery of the sphinx? you no longer work on your pyrimid when in the city of pyrimads???

Some thoughts on the Kerubic/Zodiacal attributions.

Crowley, at least in Liber Aleph, uses the same attributions as Levi, at least in History of Magig. But others have attributed them like this (Crowley/Levi in parentheses):

To Know: Aquarius (Aquarius)
To Dare: Scorpio (Leo)
To Will: Leo (Taurus)
To be Silent: Taurus (Scorpio)

It seems that, by drawing on the zodica lore/meaning/whatever, that we might come up with some different understandings of the 4 powers by switching the attributes around.

(Keep in mind that I still have quite far to go in developing my intellectual and intuitive understandings of the zodiac) For example, Will seems more like will in the lower-case sense, in the sense of will power, or in Levi's sense of will with regard to magic when we understand will through Leo. Leo's exert their will in the world to organize others to create the world they want around them. But Will seems more like True Will - the Hiden Will - when understood through Taurus. The Hidden Will, the "Marvelous Seed of the Stars" (Prayer of the Gnomes, Levi) remains hidden within the earth (Taurus). I can't really explain the relationship between Taurus and the True Will better intellectually. I grasp it more intuitively, or, if you prefer, half-assed.

Another quick thought... Perhaps To Dare relates better to the scorpion (the transformer?) of Scorpio, while Silence ("the silence of the end") relates better to the eagle (the transformed?) of Scorpio.

Getting to the point, it seems useful to switch these things around to get other perspectives on them.

then about 2 years ago i started going to see the gnostic mass @ the OTO nearest here, and soon after joined. and i have heard great things about the TOT/COT,so it has basically lead me here.

and on juan's art work, from what i have seen it is great, and i would consider him a great artist.
